The EX1 GSM Relay module is designed to enable the following:

1. Controlling a relay via MQTT command. The control options being:
a. Toggle: Sets the relay, delays for 4 seconds, and resets the relay
b. Set: Sets the relay indefinitely.
c. Reset: Resets the relay indefinitely.

For connectivity, the device uses LTE and therefore requires a sim card to operate.
This device only requires power to operate, there is no additional configuration necessary.
